About the Role
The Warehouse Support role will be responsible for supporting the operations within the warehouse. This position is located at the Medford Warehouse and will report directly to the Intake & Fulfillment Supervisor. The hours will vary, based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders for our sales and delivery team through use of LeafLink, Flourish and METRC software systems
- Assist with monthly inventory counts, intake, tracking and organization of product
- Review delivery manifests prior to loading vehicle and ensure proper paperwork is included
- Support the flow of the warehouse operations such as verifying pricing and processing rejected or returned product
- Serve as a backup to the various departments, which will include subbing for drivers, fulfillment and intake specialists
- One regularly scheduled delivery route per week
- Drive vehicles to repair appointments coordinated by the Fleet Manager and Warehouse Operations Supervisor
- Wash/Clean vehicles on weekly basis
- Maintain a clean and safe office and warehouse environment
- Job duties will expand as needed and as knowledge and ability is demonstrated

Qualifications
- 2+ years of Oregon cannabis experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Comfortable driving and parking large cargo vans
- Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably and above head
- Possess OLCC Marijuana Handler Permit
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification
- Preferred: METRC Experience
- Ability to pass criminal background check and driving background check
Schedule
- 20-29 hours per week with potential for full-time
- Monday through Thursday with possible Friday shift when warranted
