Job description
The Scheduling Coordinator position requires a detailed oriented, multi-tasking, high level communicator who is able to exceed expectations of our customers and coordination with sub-contractors.

Responsibilities
- Using proprietary software, create project schedules with Customers, Sales, Operations, Crews, Management, and Subcontractors , ensuring communication is maintained by all and customer issues are resolved quickly
- Help coordinate and run weekly scheduling meetings with service line managers and sales staff that follows ACI processes.
- Scheduling T raffic Control activities (including project communication with customers, crews & administration and working with internal and external traffic control resources )
- Scheduling and communication with subcontractors
Requirements:
- Previous const ruction scheduling experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Must have a bility to interact with external and internal customers and partners in a fast pace, multitasking environment
- Proficiency in use of technolog y including CRM & Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work in a hands-on environment of high communication
- Must be able to work independently with a high degree of problem-solving skills
