**Role Overview:**
As a key player in our team, you'll serve as a Deal Closer, embodying the spirit of resilience and determination that defines us. This is not your average sales gig; it's a chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment where success is measured by action and outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Appointment Attendance:** You'll hit the ground running, attending in-person appointments set by our skilled team of setters. Expect a daily schedule filled with opportunities to shine.
- **Pre-Appointment Preparation:** Before each meeting, you'll conduct thorough neighborhood research and property analysis, ensuring you're armed with the knowledge needed to seal the deal.
- **Property Evaluation:** Utilizing your expertise, you'll accurately estimate repair costs and assess property values to maximize profitability.
- **Strategic Presentations:** Armed with our unique 3-offer approach, you'll guide sellers through their options with finesse and expertise, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
- **Appointment Follow-Up:** Post-appointment, you'll collaborate with our setters, ensuring seamless lead handoff and preparation for future meetings.

**Qualifications:**
- **Sales Savvy:** Previous experience in sales is essential, coupled with a deep understanding of the sales process and an affinity for negotiation techniques.
- **Analytical Skills:** You excel at analyzing data and are adept at estimating repair costs and property values.
- **Self-Motivated:** Thriving in a remote work environment, you're driven, adaptable, and hungry for success.
- **Commitment to Growth:** Weekly attendance at our office for personalized coaching sessions and ongoing sales training is a must.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- **Earning Potential:** With a commission-based structure offering 15% of revenue per closing, the sky's the limit. Average deal revenues of $20,000 mean potential earnings of $3,000 per closed deal.
- **Opportunity for Growth:** With the potential for 4-8 closed deals per month, you could be looking at an annual income ranging from $144,000 to $288,000.
