The People & Places Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) team is looking for a new team member with deep experience designing flexible, scalable, business-facing analytics & reporting solutions in Workday. This role is crucial for delivering on Intuit’s vision of accelerating data driven people decisions across our business with a focus on our top company priorities. Applying your expertise in data visualization and data storytelling, you will partner closely with leaders from HR and the business to understand their analytics needs and create dynamic, interactive reporting and analytics solutions that delight your customers and drive action. You will be responsible for these solutions end-to-end, starting with deeply falling in love with the customer problem, to building the right solution, to collecting ongoing feedback through multiple iterations that drive continuous improvement. Your efforts will enable us to create amazing people experiences through data - in order to contribute to the larger mission of ‘maximizing the potential of our employees’ and accelerating Intuit's business growth.
Expertise in data visualization best practices, storytelling through data, and visual design of data
Deep domain expertise in Workday capabilities
Six or more years of experience focused on developing and delivering dashboards, visualizations and reporting to customers
Expertise in analyzing, interpreting and utilizing people-related data
Strong understanding of the HR data landscape and the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practices
Ability to extract, assemble, and arrange data in a compelling way that enables others to intuitively draw out insights and meaningful conclusions
Ability to present to, influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and in varying functions, while managing expectations appropriately
Responsible for managing project timelines and task assignments to ensure successful completion of the project within scope and on schedule.
Effective communicator - ability to articulate clear messages to team members, stakeholders, and partners
Skilled at managing various internal and external stakeholders during complex project, from scoping, execution, and delivery of results
Fluent in Excel and at least one scripting language (i.e., R, Python) with the ability to automate repetitive, manual work
Experience using Databricks to pull and manipulate data from cloud based data lakes
Agile and able to work in ambiguous situations
Possess an orientation for results and excellence, demonstrating conceptual and analytical thinking, initiative, and flexibility
Deeply understand Intuit's people strategy in order to build data reporting solutions that quickly and efficiently answer our critical people-related questions
Design visually appealing and intuitive dashboards for executive and non-executive audiences using Workday, Prism and other industry standard tools such as Tableau
Develop Workday Discovery Boards to unlock data visualization self service for other analysts and power users
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather iterative feedback & continuously improve design and functionality of solutions
Apply data privacy and security principles to dashboard to protect data integrity at Intuit
Track value and usage of reports and dashboards so we can measure our dashboard and product portfolio
Maintain report catalog, evolving it so that it is concise, accurate and delivers on customers needs
Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in data visualization and dashboard creation including new tools, technologies, features and concepts
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $152,500 - 206,000, Southern California $132,000 - 178,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
