Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to ensure efficient warehouse organization and operations.
• Assist in optimizing product placement to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels by replenishing stock as needed.
• Analyze inventory movement patterns to identify slow-moving items and propose solutions.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training of new inventory team members.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure items are correctly labeled and stored.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in accurate inventory counting methods.
• Familiarity with basic computer software, including Excel and Google Docs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address inventory discrepancies.
• Experience with inventory management systems is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
