• Solo clinic with no Medical Assistant or additional provider
• Autonomous coverage, requiring NP/FNPs to provide their own Collaborating Physician

• Option to increase bill rate to cover the Collaborating Physician fee, paid by the NP or Vendor
• Will accept experienced Physician Assistants (PA)
