As a Mid-Sr Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on a variety of complex legal transactions. You will be expected to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, advise clients on legal matters, and present your findings in court, if necessary.
We are looking for a Mid-Sr Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions in the Legal industry. You must have a JD (Juris Doctorate or Juris Doctor) degree and a strong understanding of the legal process. Expertise in Mergers, Acquisitions, and other business transactions is required.
