Cycles Consulting is hiring a Sales Training Manager to assist with our newest client in the telecommunications industry. We are a fast-growing firm looking to expand our portfolio of clients as well as maintain our existing client relationships. At our company, we believe that hiring and maintaining excellent staff is critical to our success. We provide initial training as well as ongoing mentorship and advancement into management opportunities. The Sales Training Manager will meet with new and existing customers, and take charge of direct sales with the objective of generating repeatable and sustainable revenue for our clients. Individuals hired for the Sales Training Manager role will also have the chance to work with our passionate diverse set of teams in a fun, energetic, and positive work atmosphere, side by side with industry experts committed to your personal and professional success!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivers presentations to potential customers to illustrate the benefits of our telecommunications services.
- Contributes to a great customer experience by developing relationships, demonstrating empathy, and delivering answers to customer problems.
- Gather data in order to design a strategy to help each customer reach their financial goals.
- Monitors and implements all financial plan suggestions, and aids in referring customers to other organizations who can help.
- Identifies cross-selling opportunities for Lead Sales Consultants.
- Provides exceptional customer follow-up and follow-through.
- Fulfills all sales objectives for the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A successful sales consultant has strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with customers in any setting.
- 1-2 years sales consultant and customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration with the management team and other sales consultants.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines and sales goals.
- 1-2 years experience with basic sales products such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle rejection.
