Summary

America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Field Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding company at our Dallas Fort Worth office. As a Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site operations. To be successful in this position you'll need to have strong customer service and leadership skills, as well as 2+ years in a similar role. Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to personnel, supply, delivery, and weather
• Delegate projects and individual responsibilities to crew members and contractors
• Act as a manager to employees and contractors, while also providing mentorship and training
• Assist in the recruitment of various positions in the production department
• Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules and deadlines, laws, regulations, best practices on the job, and safety needs
• Generate and manage project budgets and quality standards for all work sites
• Coordinate orders and delivery schedules of all equipment needed for the project
• Communicate with subcontractors their overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe project site and holding them accountable

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience as a field supervisor, construction or similar role
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Ability to work in-person during office hours: Monday - Friday, 2520 N Great SW Pkwy Suite 100, Grand Prairie, TX 75050
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual is a plus
