We are seeking a skilled and experienced Three.js/TypeScript/JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic development team at Atlas Reality, Inc. As a Three.js/TypeScript/JavaScript Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing immersive visual experiences on our groundbreaking platform. Familiarity with GLTF and MapBox (WebGL) will be essential for this position, allowing you to create captivating digital environments.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Develop and maintain visually stunning, performant, and interactive web applications using Three.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Utilize your expertise in GLTF (GL Transmission Format) to seamlessly integrate 3D assets into the digital environments.
- Leverage MapBox and WebGL to create realistic and engaging visual representations of real-world locations.
- Optimize application performance and loading times to deliver smooth and immersive user experiences.
- Collaborate with other developers and designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure consistent quality.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Three.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript development.
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Three.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web development.
- Familiarity with GLTF (GL Transmission Format) and its usage in creating 3D visual assets.
- Experience working with MapBox and WebGL, creating visually engaging representations of real-world locations.
- Solid understanding of web standards, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, version control systems, and collaborative development tools.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work demonstrating proficiency in Three.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript development is a plus.
