Position Summary/Description:

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is currently recruiting a full-time faculty member in the Division of Breast Imaging. We welcome applicants who seek to join a vibrant division of breast imaging radiologists who are dedicated to excellence in patient care, enthusiastic education of our imaging fellows, diagnostic radiology residents and medical students, scholarly endeavors, and a collaborative environment with our interdisciplinary colleagues.

Our facilities are designated ACR Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence and are MQSA certified. The Breast Imaging Radiologists perform all imaging and minimally invasive biopsies. We are active participants in a multidisciplinary team approach to breast disease.

Education and Experience:

The candidate should be familiar with all aspects of breast imaging including breast MRI . The responsibilities of this position consist of daily patient care, training graduate and postgraduate students, and possible research. Clinical services will be performed primarily in a teaching setting with fellow, resident or medical student observation and participation.
