Join our team at Nesco Resource as we collaborate with a warehouse in Warren, OH!

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Warren, OH

Wage: Starting at $15 per hour

Shift: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
(Flexibility required to work overtime, weekends, and early evenings during peak periods.)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to efficiently move pallets within the warehouse.
• Accurately follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Ensure workflow efficiency by meeting production rates.
• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing heavy lifting.
• Must provide a resume.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions and environments.
