Job description

We are a 6 beds Congregate Living Health Facility Located Tracy. We are currently recruiting CNAs t fill our full time positions in our new facility at Tracy. We service medically fragile sub-acute level patients. Experience with trach/vent patients is preferred.

CNA:

• Must have at least 2 years' experience. Experience in subacute facility preferred.

• Current California CNA certification and current American Heart Association CPR certification required.

• Knowledge of CNA tasks including patient hygiene, assistance with feeding, and dressing, taking vital signs, transferring patient and assisting nursing staff.

• Must have good interpersonal skills with care and compassion.

12-hour day/nights /weekend shifts are available full time or part time.

Compensation is based on experience.
