Job description
Machine Operator for local plastics company. All 3 shifts needed for experienced persons.
- Responsible for the plastics machines to create plastic items
- Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation insuring the container meets quality specifications
- Able to clear jams and start machine
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area
Skills preferred 1 -2 years of machine experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Knowledge of basic mechanical terminology
Ability to use basic hand tools
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
