Overview:
Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring an ERP Implementation Manager to join our team! This role will also act as the Record to Report workstream lead. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Foot Locker, Inc.’s Oracle Cloud ERP for Global General Ledger and Asset Management modules. Your role will involve working closely with process owners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-driven efficiencies, streamline accounting and reporting processes, and ensure adherence to US GAAP and Statutory requirements as Foot Locker embarks on its finance transformation. The ERP Implementation Manager Reports to the Sr. Director, Finance System Optimization. The internal title for this role will be ERP Implementation Manager - General Ledger and Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
- Document and monitor the functional requirements, decisions, issues, risks and deliverables of our Oracle Cloud ERP implementation for the Record to Report workstream, including global General Ledger and Asset Management modules.
- Lead the Record to Report workstream, including system configuration, data management, and analytics- ensuring that systems, processes, and tools are optimized to meet our organization's accounting and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, including Finance, Accounting, and IT, to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial information.
- Partner closely with System Integration partners to identify and document Key Design Decisions, ensuring timely business stakeholder alignment and approvals.
- Design, develop, and implement strategies to optimize accounting operations and improve efficiency and accuracy in statutory reporting.
- Identify and assess technology risks and opportunities and develop solutions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Manage relationships with third party software vendors, external consultants, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide guidance and training to other members of the accounting and business teams, as well as other departments within the organization, on accounting and reporting matters.
- Partner with Global Tax team to develop and implement tax data management strategies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax-related data.
- Drive and be involved in global projects, interact with cross-functional teams within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with General Ledger accounting, Statutory Reporting, Asset Management and other accounting functions
- Experience using ERP technology, including experience in software implementation and data analytics
- Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Statutory accounting rules
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) financial control documentation and compliance testing
- Strong project management skills
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Ability to travel occasionally

Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $80000 - $94000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
