Office Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their onsite office near Vancouver, Washington. This position, supporting a company with a solid reputation, has growth potential and will have their own office. 

Office Manager Responsibilities

Oversee all general administrative support functions of the organization.

Greet visitors and coordinate meetings and events.

Keep up to date on deadlines and deliverables.

Manage office supply inventories and electronic files for projects and client accounts. 

Maintain and document standard office procedures.

Office Manager Qualifications 

5+ years of related administrative or office manager experience.

Degree in Business or similar field preferred. 

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and professionalism. 

Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general office equipment.

Organized, takes initiative, and process oriented.

Salary: $55k-$80k (DOE)
