First impressions are important.
Our Call Center Representative is on the front line of “first impressions” for Chad Love Services. You must have a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a willingness to help as we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our customers.
Responsibilities (including, not limited to):
- Convert incoming calls and emails into customers into booked service appointments
- Perform outbound calls with customers/ Customer sales.
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
- Be professional and establish the best customer relationships within the company
- Maintain and update customer information within our system
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience:
- Call Center: 1 year
- Customer Service: 2 years

- Experience in customer sales
- Valid driver license
- Clean background check
- Develop a proven track record in customer service.
- You understand the importance of serving others (your team members and our customers)
- You love to challenge yourself and you want to learn, and even be cross-trained
- IT competent
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications
