We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team and help us uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including subcontractor scheduling, material deliveries, and inspections.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain daily logs and reports on project progress.
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Conduct regular site meetings to review project goals and expectations.
- Quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and building codes.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore or PlanGrid).
Salary range $90K - $130K
