Job description
NUVIA UK's Technical Services department are recruiting for an experienced EC&I Responsible Engineer. This is an embedded opportunity, supporting one of our leading clients within the nuclear industry. We are able to recruit personnel on either a contract or permanent basis.
Location wise, you will be based out of the client's Warrington office, at Birchwood Park. Shall also be required to regularly attend the Sellafield office and site locations along with design team delivery locations.
Please note the ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance is essential, as a minimum.
Project Description:
The CE&I Responsible Engineer is required to cover the DHAWC projects:
Initial scoping, feasibility and design through to manufacturing, construction and commissioning phases and ultimately to final handover with Plant Operations.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
The CE&I Responsible Engineer is required to lead a team of discipline Engineers in the definition, implementation and delivery of engineering design work packages (specification, analysis, verification or assessment of engineering). Roles and Responsibilities are defined in the ED04 Responsible Engineer R2A2 and the candidate shall also meet the requirements of SR0696 – SQEP Role Assessment Specification for a CE&I Responsible Engineer.
