Responsibilities: • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Prospect and Generate Leads: Take an active role in lead generation to convert potential clients into successful closings. Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and social media, to expand your client base and maximize sales opportunities. • Nurture and Convert Leads: Develop relationships with leads and nurture them through effective communication and follow-up strategies. Understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and guide them through the buying process to ensure a successful closing. • Conduct Property Research and Showings: Stay informed about the local real estate market, including current inventory, pricing trends, and neighborhood developments. Conduct property research to match clients with suitable listings and schedule and conduct showings to showcase properties and highlight their unique features. • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive buying experience for clients. Respond promptly to inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and up-to-date information throughout the buying process. Build trust and rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and generate referrals. Qualifications: • Tech savvy • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Show good organizational and time management skills • Resilient and Tenacious: Demonstrate strong resilience and tenacity in pursuing business opportunities and overcoming challenges. Maintain a positive attitude, adapt to changing market conditions, and persevere in the face of obstacles to achieve success. • Team Player: Possess strong collaborative skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Embrace a team-oriented approach, contributing to the collective success and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. • Self-Motivated and Independent: Possess a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Take initiative, set goals, and drive your own success, proactively seeking out new prospects and opportunities. • Proven Track Record of Sales Success: Provide verifiable evidence of real estate sales totaling at least $3,000,000 in the last 18 months. Demonstrate the ability to close deals and achieve outstanding results, highlighting your sales achievements and successful client relationships.
