Our team at our company is committed to providing comprehensive counseling and advisory support to individuals affected by right-of-way projects, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.

Job Summary:
As a Senior Right of Way Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Manager (PM), Assistant Project Manager (APM), and project team members. Your responsibilities will include providing counseling and advisory services to displacees, specializing in relocation, acquisition, or property management. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Right of Way Acquisition
- North Carolina Real Estate License and Notary License
- Previous experience with the Uniform Act and Division guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), SharePoint, and other electronic tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Sales background is advantageous
- Customer service-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work remotely and travel as needed
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Requirements:
- Four-year degree from an accredited university or related experience

Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment and may involve occasional field visits.

Physical Demands:

Travel:
Local travel is predominant, with occasional out-of-area and overnight trips, totaling up to 75%.

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with flexibility in hours, requiring availability during core hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using various peripherals (tablet, smartphone, laptop, etc.)
- Authorization to work in the United States
