Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $28-38+/hour (depending on experience) + Full Benefits
Requirements: At least 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of HVAC/R equipment

- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various classified and non-classified heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment in an industrial environment.
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations, and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
- Document equipment details upon arrival, including make, model, serial number, fuel type, necessary test measurements, and relevant pictures.
- Provide effective and efficient solutions to customers' needs and demands.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, estimating, supervisors, and management.
- Travel to job sites and collaborate with dispatch to ensure schedules are maintained and delays are communicated to customers.
- Be available to work nights or weekends on a rotating basis to service the emergency needs of our customers.
- Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is in good working order and stocked with necessary parts, tools, and safety equipment.
- Utilize field service software applications and demonstrate basic computer skills.
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities on the latest industry technologies.
- At least 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of HVAC/R equipment
- Knowledge of Industrial HVAC Equiptment (DX, Water-Cooled Chill Water, Air Pressurization and Scrubber Systems, as well as Energy management controls - both Pneumatic and Digital Controls)
- Flexible to work various scheduled (driven by customer demand)
