Job description

The Senior Business Analyst at GoDaddy.com, LLC in Tempe, Arizona will work with the Services team and Product Managers to gather analytic requirements, design actionable KPIs and share analytic insights to drive business and product improvements. Explore, query and build data sources to support business reports, enterprise-wide data views and analytics request. Build dynamic dashboards to track business health, present insights and drivers to business audience. Utilize SQL to discover, aggregate, and extract data. Draw from experience with traditional RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Redshift). Utilize data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau and Google Analytics. Apply analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, and experiment design. Resolve ad-hoc business requests to provide timely information and maintain daily operations. Shape data culture in the company by providing data visualization best practices, contributing to data governance work. Telecommuting permissible. GoDaddy's compensation may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The annual base salary range is $86,133 - $167,000 per year. Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Analytics or related field plus two years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or related occupation. Two years of experience must include two years of experience with each of the following: (1) using SQL to discover, aggregate and extract data; (2) Tableau or Google Analytics; (3) supporting business analyses with data visualizations; (4) context switching between technical and business discussions; and (5) analytical techniques including trend analysis, forecasting, and experiment design.
