Description Who You Are: We are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to identify, develop, and close new prospective clients. This person will be a skilled sales professional with a passion for networking with C-suite executives of North America's largest companies. This person will sell exclusively to the C-Suite of companies with annual revenue exceeding $400 million in the United States and $750 million in Canada. They will leverage the processes and strategies developed over the 26-year history of our firm.
What You Will Do: - Identify and target high-potential prospective clients.
- Utilize your network of contacts, business connections, and referrals in order to secure face-to-face meetings with C-suite level contacts.
- Work with PRP's inside sales team to originate new appointments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts through strategic networking initiatives.
- Participate in relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events leveraging these opportunities to connect with decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, emphasizing networking efforts and consistently identifying new growth opportunities.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand clients' needs, aligning our solutions with their strategic goals, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Drive the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor proposals and deliver value propositions ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Create and conduct presentations, working closely with the Sales Operations team to obtain and review client data, finalize reports, and deliver findings to prospective clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Leverage a collaborative team sell. You will have PRP executive ride-along support at all of your meetings.
- Manage and further develop client relationships to facilitate additional business and referrals, with a focus on networking channels to originate new meetings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, emphasizing the importance of relationship-driven sales.
Qualifications What You Need: - Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of highly successful sales experience required, demonstrating a proven track record in B2B consultative sales, with a focus on networking with large enterprise clients.
- Strong national account management skills, particularly in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients at the C-level.
- A substantial and well-established book of business is a significant plus, showcasing the candidate's extensive network.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of success in national account management, particularly in the networking industry
- Ability and passion for developing long-standing business relationships and maintaining customer focus
- High sales aptitude, self-motivation, and drive to hunt for new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets

Your
target earnings potential ranges from $300,000 to $600,000 annually, reflecting the substantial rewards available to top-performing individuals who excel in driving sales and nurturing long-term client relationships. We believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication, and this compensation model reflects our commitment to recognizing and valuing your contributions to our organization.
