Job description
We are looking for Assembler in Deer Park, T X who will be the Hydro Tester / Final Assembler, you will handle a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our products within the oil and gas sector. The primary responsibilities include conducting hydrostatic tests on equipment and overseeing the final assembly of components, contributing to the overall safety and reliability of our products. Key Responsibilities:
- Hydrostatic Testing : Conduct hydrostatic tests on various equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications. Operate and maintain hydrostatic testing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
- Final Assembly: Oversee the final assembly of components, including valves, parts, and related oil and gas equipment. Collaborate with the assembly team to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect components for defects and ensure adherence to engineering specifications. Identify and report any non-conformities during testing and assembly processes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hydrostatic tests, assembly processes, and quality control checks. Generate reports detailing testing results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and procedures during testing and assembly activities. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a culture of safety awareness.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Forklift Certification: Possess a valid forklift certification to safely operate forklift equipment as required for the role.
- Technical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of hydrostatic testing procedures and equipment, including the ability to operate and maintain hydrostatic testing equipment.
- Familiarity with oil and gas equipment assembly processes is also required.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to accurately inspect components for defects and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Possess the ability to troubleshoot issues with hydrostatic testing equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Be able to identify and address any non-conformities during testing and assembly processes.
- Documentation Skills: Have the ability to maintain accurate records of hydrostatic tests, assembly processes, and quality control checks.
- Be able to generate reports detailing testing results and provide recommendations for improvements.
