Job Title: Assistant Center Director
Salary: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, including afternoons, evenings, and weekend rotation
Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Supplemental Pay: Bonus and commission

As an Assistant Center Director, you'll lead a team of passionate teachers to ensure the highest level of care and service for our students. Building strong relationships with parents and promoting our services through business and school connections will be a crucial part of your role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage student and teacher schedules
- Recruit, train, and motivate full-time and part-time staff
- Achieve operational goals at the center
- Conduct initial evaluations and provide new students with support
- Monitor student progress and oversee instructional programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) is mandatory
- Experience in management, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Teaching experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and handle customer concerns positively
- Passion for working with children in a collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
- High energy, enthusiasm, and customer service orientation
