Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Sales person to join our team and help us provide superior roofing solutions for our clients. In this role, you will strive to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identify opportunities to increase sales, and promote our services. You will also be responsible for providing timely and accurate quotes to clients while ensuring that our services exceed their expectations.

Position Overview: The Commercial Roofing Sales person will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, evaluating the needs of each client, and providing them with the best roofing solutions. You will also be responsible for providing timely and accurate quotes and estimates, as well as ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Provide timely and accurate quotes and estimates to clients.
• Ensure that customer service expectations are exceeded.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, preferably in commercial roofing.
• Proven track record of successful sales.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials such as TPO, Flat Roof, EPDM, PVC, etc.
• Experience in outside sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
