Job description
LHH is recruiting a Paralegal for the Cleveland office a regional law firm. The paralegal will assist the firm's long-term health care group with real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and loan closings. Opportunity to work from home up to 2 dats per week. Other benefits include: medical/dental, 401(k) with employer contribution, life insurance, short and long term disability plans, and a generous paid time off policy.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- 5-7 year paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Real estate transactional experience, including loan closings
- M&A experience
