Job description

Essential Job Functions Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to the Leadership team and corporate office. Answers and directs phone calls to the appropriate party. Performs a wide range of duties under general guidance from supervisor and Executive team. Collects, reviews, and analyzes information and creates reports, graphs, charts, and other presentation materials for the Leadership team. Processes and securely handles controlled and classified correspondence and documents. Updates and maintains files and records. Coordinates safety activities for the corporate office Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, events, and other group activities Greets office visitors and creates a good first impression. Works with building management to ensure facility issues are handled promptly and appropriately. Manages and distributes correspondence, including email, faxes, and regular mail. Orders and maintains office and kitchen supplies. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Three (3) to five (5) years of executive assistance experience Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics software, and analytical skills; experienced in the latest versions of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
