Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Gatehouse Attendant with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Clifton New Jersey, location.
Set Schedule: Sunday, Monday 3pm-8pm and Friday, Saturday 3pm-12am (Need to be available for all days listed)
Pay rate: $15.00/hour
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting: Acknowledging and welcoming residents and guests as they enter the gate area
- Traffic Regulation: Regulating traffic flow and monitoring the visitor lane to ensure safe passage for visitors, residents, and contractors
- Security: Overseeing the security of the property by monitoring traffic, checking identification, and conducting security checks
- Recordkeeping: Maintaining records of visitors, including their entry and exit times
- Information Assistance: Providing informational assistance to residents and guests as required
- Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts by handling complaints and addressing any issues or emergency situations

- Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.
- Must be comfortable touring the whole shift.
- Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.
- Must have clean criminal/police record and drivers license.
- Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.
- Must devote their time and focus in securing the vicinity of the venue by inspecting people who wants to enter the venues premises.
- Must have the ability to respond to any emergency situations.
- Must be able to answer some basic questions about the vicinity or neighborhood and also wear a complete uniform.
