- Revise, update, and debug existing software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable code.
- Integration of Office365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other web-based applications.
- Collaborate with coworkers to facilitate requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.
- Monitor users' use and feedback for improvements and opportunities.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
- Periodic travel to other McClure offices.
- Other duties as assigned.
.Net Developer experience, technical skills & attributes required: - Bachelor’s degree along with 3-5 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge and proficiency of the .NET infrastructure including C# and VB.NET.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and systems integration.
- Attention to detail with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong testing and debugging skills.
- Ability to lead and provide training in group-based settings.
- Ability to stay informed, quickly learn new software systems, and apply new techniques to projects.
- A flair for creating well-presented software that is technically sound.
- Excellent interpersonal, team, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability, positive attitude, and proactive.
- Creative, flexible, self-driven, and innovative mindset.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment.
- MCSD or MCPD certification a plus.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
