Every day you will:
- Champion assigned projects through the NPD (New Product Development) and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
- Coordinate with the CAD Design and Drafting team to achieve deliverables on a timely basis.
- Communicates with internal and external customers to determine product requirements and needs.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable within the capabilities of NCC manufacturing processes.
- Develop bill of materials, standard cost, and time observation data.
To thrive in this environment you must:
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience including leadership roles.
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar software is required.
- Competency in metal working processes, equipment, and related design techniques.
- Requires an individual who is flexible, assertive, stress tolerant, and optimistic.
