Job Overview: Our car dealership and agency is seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of our marketing and advertising strategies. This position will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing lead generation, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and advertising plan that includes online and offline channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, print, radio and TV advertising, events, and sponsorships.

- Plan and execute effective product launches and event marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.

- Work with sales team to identify target customers and develop marketing strategies to attract and retain them, including customer loyalty programs and referral programs.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all spending is in line with company goals and objectives.

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, using data and insights to continuously improve performance.

- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and visuals that align with the brand and target audience.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and IT to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives, including coordination with third-party vendors and agencies.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new marketing technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on automotive industry or retail.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing plans.

- Solid understanding of marketing metrics, data analysis, and optimization techniques.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
