The Mission:
We seek a Talent Champion to enrich our Talent Management spectrum, including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, and spearheading DEI initiatives. You'll be the architect of Talent programs, enhancing our global operations with your expertise in SuccessFactors Talent Suite and beyond.
Your Impact:
- Mastermind and streamline talent processes ensuring robust performance, succession, and development practices.
- Catalyze training and champion transformation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.

Requirements
Who You Are:
- Armed with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field, complemented by 3+ years of relevant experience.
- A data aficionado, proficient in analytics tools like Excel and PowerBI, with a penchant for SuccessFactors.
- A change advocate, experienced in deploying global talent management processes and managing change with finesse.
- A systemic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
