Code Ninjas in League City, TX is looking for one center director to join our 11 person strong team. We are located on 3725 East League City Pkwy Suite 140. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Our company

Our curriculum consists of four years of content progressing through nine levels of achievement. Specifically, we teach children age targeted software programming tools, for gaming, web-development, 3-D graphics, robotics and autonomous drones.
Responsibilities:
The Center Manager / director will be responsible for managing, marketing, presenting and selling our educational services to prospective parents. The duties includes:
- Oversee daily operations of the learning center
- Follow up on leads, schedule tours and close deals
- Track and respond to all prospective inquires, via phone, email and social media
- Work with parents to define children’s learning needs
- Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center
- Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration and student visits
- Engage with children and families in the center
- Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing
- Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met
- Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students
- Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
- Work with 3rd party advertising and marketing agency to strategically target potential clients
- Execute advertising and social media-based marketing plans
- Review client agreements, membership pricing and enrollment with prospective clients
- Evaluate effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics
- Report weekly to executive team on progress
- Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students

Qualifications
The Candidate should be an organized and effective multi-tasker capable of the following:
- Proven work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids
- Knowledge of business operations and team leadership
- Prior sales experience is a must, clear understanding of sales cycles
- Experience with business oriented social media interaction and understanding of Marketing principles
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment
- Flexible schedule
- Fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of marketing principals
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, web-based applications
- Very good listener, attentive to prospective client’s questions
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Computer Programming/Coding knowledge is a plus
Preferred experience:
- Customer Service: 2+ years
- Leadership: 2+ years
- Tutoring center, daycare, Montessori: 2+ years
- Working with kids and parents: 2+ years
- Operating a center: 2+ years
Salary based on Qualification and Experience + Bonus based on enrollment, managing and running a learning afterschool program center.
