We are a top AmLaw100 law firm who is looking for a Billing Coordinator to our team in Silicon Valley or San Francisco. Seeking someone with at least 3-4 years of legal billing experience within a multi-office law firm environment. Must have billing, Excel and Elite, 3E and/or Aderant experience. Hybrid; 2 days in office.

What You Will Be Doing

- Offer your knowledge to the local billing department's daily operations in terms of accurate and prompt completion of assignments and inquiry responses, as well as making sure that all tasks and duties are carried out in accordance with the firm's established rules and policies
- Manage the activities involved in the billing process and carrying out intricate billing tasks while reporting directly to the Billing Supervisor
- Serve as a point of contact between billing lawyers, billing secretaries, legal counsel, and/or the organization (customers) and the billing staff; promptly responding to internal and external enquiries
- Create and evaluate intricate client billing
- Interact with clients to make sure the billing team is fulfilling their requests
- Update clients on assignment and/or project status
- Assure that all tasks and obligations are executed in accordance with the firm's established norms and regulations; delivering correct and prompt completion of assignments and inquiry answers
