A prestigious acutecare hospital facility located less than an hour from Ithaca New York is seeking a fulltime directhire permanent EEG Technician to join their hospital team!
Position Overview:
- Compensation: $20.21 $25.75 per hour
- Shift: Day with oncall rotation
- Schedule: Fulltime 5x8s
- Experience: Minimum 23 years required
EEG Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting EEG (Electroencephalogram) tests and procedures on patients
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety during EEG procedures
- Operating and maintaining EEG equipment with precision and care
- Collaborating with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and accurate results
- Preparing analyzing and presenting detailed diagnostic EEG reports
EEG Technician Requirements:
- Certification or specialized training in EEG technology
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in an EEG Technician role
- Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
