Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Works under general supervision to install heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
- May tests systems to ensure proper functioning
- Identifies issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure compliance
- Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
- May perform start-up on air conditioning systems as needed
- Fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required
- Follows safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work at heights and use a ladder
- 1+ HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Solder/Brazing skills
- Able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Comfortable in small, confined spaces like attics
- Able to withstand extreme temperatures and weather conditions while wearing PPE
- Go up and down stairs
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and organizational standards
- Able to use a computer for basic tasks
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Have a valid driver’s license and able to drive to and from job sites
