Unleash your potential in the healthcare field with Eagle Staffing Company, as we're now hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this role, you are not only a caregiver but a guiding light for the residents of our clients Adult Community Medical Homes (CMH).

Our clients CMHs are more than facilities; they symbolize warmth, care and a home-away-from-home environment for four (4) medically vulnerable adults with intellectual disabilities. Our dedicated Care Teams operate round-the-clock to ensure all social, medical, and emotional needs of the residents are met, while simultaneously fostering the highest quality of life feasible.

As a DSP, responsibilities extend beyond caregiving:

• Assisting residents in everyday tasks and activities.
• Orchestrating and executing stimulating developmental engagements.
• Implementing structured goal plans and comprehensive behavioral management techniques.
• Performing cooking responsibilities, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the household.
• Driving residents for medical and social appointments.
• Collaborating with a team of two (2) professional nurses (RN/LPN) during each shift, ensuring the best support to the residents and program.

For you to be considered for this fulfilling role, the following qualifications are required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License
• Resume
• Preferred experience with medically fragile individuals and/or individuals with disabilities.
• A clear criminal record along with mandatory state background checks.
• Physical and TB (within a year)
• CPR and First Aid (current)
• COVID-19 vaccination, or medical or religious accommodation, if applicable.

We offer positions in various locations with different shift timings to cater to your schedule and preferences.

Available Shifts/Locations:

Ambler, PA

• Full Time Weekdays (Three 12-hour shifts: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am 9:00 pm)
• Full Time Weekends (Two 12-hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am 9:00 pm)

Eagleville, PA

• Full Time Weekdays (Three 12-hour shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am 8:00 pm)
• Full Time Weekends (Two 12-hour shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am 8:00 pm)

Pottstown, PA

• Full Time Weekdays (Three 12-hour shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am 8:00 pm)

Compensation: $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit options.
