Job description
- 1+ year experience in the data science or analytics field
- Experience in working with machine learning, data mining, statistics, and algorithms
- Experience with the analysis of data and creation of data-driven visualizations
- Ability to create reports and present findings based on statistical analysis
- Ability to develop persistent monitoring applications for statistical or machine learning processes using SQL, R, Python, SAS, or SPSS
- Experience with data mining (cleaning and combining datasets using pandas)
- Experience with data visualization (e.g. matplotlib, seaborn, Tableau)
- Experience with statistical analysis (e.g. chi squared test, other hypothesis tests)
- Experience with predictive analytics/machine learning (random forest, logistic regression, experience with scikit-learn)
- Great communications skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATION:
- BA or BS degree in CS or related field
- Preferred Experience with Tableau, certification desired
- Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (keyword extraction, text summarization, sentiment analysis)
CLEARANCE:
- Full Scope Polygraph minimum
