Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

As part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to providing healing and hope to patients, families, and communities affected by substance use disorder, Managers of Outreach at Serenity Lane:

• · Travel throughout assigned territory to provide outreach service to existing referents, clients, and organizations.
• · Promote Serenity Lane ideals and culture in a positive and profitable manner.
• · Work with marketing and outreach teams to develop strategies to grow market share.
• · Deliver presentations to individuals and organizations.
• · Schedule and conduct tours for referents and potential referents.
• · Gather and deliver market intelligence from the field in order to develop internal strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• · Three years' experience as a sales representative or similar role desired.
• · Knowledge of the treatment industry preferred.
• · Certifications/license in one of the following: MA, C.N.A, RN, LPN and/or CADC

Education:

• · Associate or Bachelor's degree a •
• · Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• · Minimum three years in the field of behavioral health required.
