Job Summary

The Assistant Director of Transfer Operations will be responsible for the creation of transfer guides, partnership pathway guides, articulation agreements, and transfer evaluations. They will work closely with our recruitment team on articulation initiatives. This position will work with the TES/ARTSYS database systems to update course equivalencies and manage the transfer program guides in ARTSYS. Develop and foster relationships with the community college liaisons and work closely with TU department chairs/deans to articulate programs and define pathways that ensure a smooth transition for transferring students. This position will manage education cohorts/grants through the application process, working closely with the cohort program directors. This position will complete transfer evaluations at the time of admission and represent the military cohort to provide military credits as appropriate. This position will represent TU at recruiting events such as Open Houses, TU4U, and professional information sessions. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Telework may be available for this position up to two days per week following the completion of 90 days of service in good standing.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary is $57,000. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
