Job description

Role: Development Engineer - Dynamics CRM
Location: Remote, USA
Duration: 12+ months
Experience: 8+ years

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance organizational productivity.
- Design and implement customizations, configurations, and extensions within Dynamics CRM platform using tools such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Dynamics CRM applications.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting sessions, and knowledge sharing activities with development teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with Dynamics CRM platform updates, features, and best practices, and incorporate them into development efforts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance as needed.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in software development with a focus on Dynamics CRM, including customizations, configurations, and extensions.
- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies commonly used in Dynamics CRM development, such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK, Web API, Plugins, Workflows, and Custom Workflow Activities.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) are a plus.
