Essential Job Functions
- Ensure all utilities are set up through the proper channels to be paid timely
- Provide weekly updates on all utility processes
- Obtain and monitor all online access to ensure our third party providers are granted access with proper GL coding
- Responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, and various other transactional issues
- Invoice verification, process, status, and upload
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications Minimum of five years’ experience analyzing and researching credit and inventory discrepancies in an Accounts Payable department of a $100MM+ business
1-5 years of relevant work experience in Account Maintenance, and/or Accounts Payable.
Experience working with large data sets and Project Management
High capacity for strategic thought and ability to execute on initiatives
Excellent written and oral communication and research skills
High attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced, high-transactional volume environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel
Personable, Organized, Team Player & Attention to Detail are all must have traits
Must be a self-starter
