ABOUT THE ROLE
As the role of Associate Manager in the Delivery Systems – Systems & Analytics team, you will work closely with RD&E, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams in support of Global Portfolio Management. You will work together with IT to provide user support, promote innovation, and simplify data for our E2E processes, systems, and tools.
Your key tasks will involve designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Project, PowerApps, and Project Web App (PWA) to ensure our project and portfolio management systems align with the organization’s digital strategy. To excel in this role, you should have the ability to comprehend business and user needs from a systems and analytics perspective. Your goal will be to translate those needs into robust, sustainable solutions that drive efficiencies within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the RD&E business lead on technical projects, working with cross-functional teams to define system and analytics requirements, coordinate user testing when necessary, and implement the change management strategies within the organization.
Develop and implement enhancements focusing on simplification and efficiency of project management tools, data reporting, and analytics solutions.
Design and maintain analytics reports, scorecards, and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI that support NPD project portfolio management and decision-making.
Support troubleshooting of workflow, system access, and user interface issues, including investigation of issue and engagement with 3rd party developer and BPT.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Project PowerApp and Project Web App (PWA).
Develop and update training materials to incorporate enhancements and new tools deployed.
Provide regular, timely, and transparent communication on progress against new system and/or analytics initiatives to both internal RD&E – Delivery Systems and functional stakeholders.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
BA/BS degree in Technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Management, Systems Administration and/or Analytics in consumer goods or relevant industry.
Minimum two years of experience developing reports & analytics in Tableau or Power BI
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Familiarity with the entire End to End New Product Development (NPD process), including key deliverables and category forums such as GCC and Stage Gate.
Knowledge of digital technologies and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Apps, Teradata, Tableau, and other data analytics platforms.
Aptitude for translating business needs into clear and comprehensive business requirements.
Effective data analysis and interpretation skills for extracting valuable insights and making informed decisions.

Solid skills in process documentation and change management.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and establish strong relationships internally and externally across all levels.
Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities.
