From signage to site refresh & remodel, from energy & lighting to repair & maintenance solutions, we deliver ideal solutions to meet all our client's branding needs. We are searching for a Recruiter, reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition.
- Partner with hiring partners on creating a seamless hiring experience through hiring syncs, facilitating the best hiring outcome
- Proactive approach on sourcing talent, properly vetting through interview channels and building a strong rapport to attain a high acceptance rate
- Collaborate with internal clients, providing education on current best practices in Talent Acquisition
- Work within established corporate guidelines and values to develop innovative approaches to attracting talent
- Support and assist Hiring Managers with hiring strategies, the interview process, interview questions, assessments, and offers
- Source candidates locally, regionally, and nationally with equal effectiveness. Maintain an active pipeline within CRM
- Leverage relationships with colleges, industry associations, Chambers of Commerce, and other external sources
- Utilize ATS to document conversations with candidates, interview progress, offers and feedback
- Generate reports related to sourcing, interviewing, hires, and other vital metrics related to Talent Acquisition
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and target passive job seekers using LinkedIn, candidate referrals, network, etc.
- Proven ability to build strong and thoughtful relationships with teammates, candidates, and Hiring Managers
- Self-starter with strong work ethic & motivated to achieve great results
- Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize & manage competing responsibilities
- Creative problem solving approach in the hiring process
- Strong PC skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, internet, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to regularly interact with candidates, Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership, and C-Level Executives
Education, experience, certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience
- Experience managing candidates through an ATS software, iCIMS preferred but not required
- Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal & state laws regarding employment practices
