Full Job Description: Purchasing Technician

Salary Grade: Hourly 11

Position Summary: Work with vendors and users to expedite receipt of goods, reconcile invoices to purchase orders, resolve discrepancies and make appropriate system entries.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in any finance field desired
Experience:
• Two years Accounts Payable experience desired

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using multiple displays simultaneously
• Tyler Munis experience or similar knowledge of ERP/Accounting systems
• Proficient in Spanish is a plus
