Education Requirements:

HS diploma/GED. Home based CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education and/or Family Services.

Experience Requirements:

“Bilingual-Spanish preferred” and flexible work hours. Must have the ability and interest to work within an interdisciplinary team. Must possess a valid NYS driver’s license. Since this position requires visits to locations not required to provide accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act, staff must be able to climb and descend stairs where necessary.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing services for pregnant women, infants and their families in the Early Head Start Program through home visits, socializations, and family advocacy according to Head Start Performance Standards and Agency philosophy.
