About This Role:

Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Congressional Inquiry Analyst. 

Role Overview:  The Congressional & Priority Correspondence Analyst will support senior analysts with most aspects of the Optum Serve Community Care Services (CCS) Congressional inquiry process which includes the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN) and other government contracts as assigned. The Analyst will work under the direction of the Government Relations Department Manager. The Analyst will be responsible for validating appropriate legal documentation is on file to ensure Protected Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) is appropriately secure. The Analyst will support the manager and senior analyst with all administrative related functions in processing a case and additional duties as assigned which may include sending research to internal subject matter experts across government programs. The Analyst will support with accurately documenting all key performance markers utilized by VA to monitor Optum’s VA CCN contract performance. Work instructions and other source of truth documents are used to ensure the proper processes were followed, and accurate and complete information is provided.
