Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for an experienced real estate sales buyer’s agent to join our growing expansion team. You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Lead follow up
• Set buyer appointments
• Execute buyer consultations
• Close buyer sales
• Database systems

• CRM

• Sales talk mastery Qualifications:

• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Real estate license required
• Commission opportunity
• Sales experience
• Good communication
